Turkey and Ham Tetrazzini

Ingredients

1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated linguine
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons dry white wine or chicken broth
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, chopped or shredded
1/2 cup fully cooked smoked ham, chopped
1 jar (6 to 8 ounces) sliced mushrooms
1 small green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup halved pitted ripe olives
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cook and drain linguine as directed on package.

While linguine is cooking, mix soups, milk and wine in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Stir in linguine, turkey, ham, mushrooms, bell pepper and olives. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered about 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with slivered almonds if desired.
