Cajun Rub for Shrimp
Yield: 1/3 cup
Ingredients

Cayenne pepper

teaspoon |
Allspice

Salt

light brown sugar

|
Directions:
To use, sprinkle on shrimp to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to overnight, to blend flavors. Prepare shrimp as desired. This may also be used for chicken.
