Mixed Greens
Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients

spinach, torn

Romaine, torn

small Tomato, chunked
|
|
|
| 1/2 |

cucumber, sliced
|

| 1/4 |

olive oil
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
salad vinegar
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
salt
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
pepper
|
|
|
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss greens, tomato and cucumber. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake until well blended. Pour over salad, toss and serve immediately.
